Make sure you have the PHP versions you want to use enabled in the CloudLinux Manager.

When I go to CloudLinux Manager and click on Selector, this is what I have I dont see an option for other versions anywhere there? Do I need to use the Cloudlinux profile in Easyapache to get more versions there?

Try running the following command as root to install alt-php: yum -y groupinstall alt-php

If you"re host uses CloudLinux"s PHP Selector you should be able to enable the PHP modules from "Select PHP Version" in cPanel. Otherwise, you may need to contact your host for further information.
