    Hi I can no longer find the option in the WHM to TURN OFF suspend when the user has reached the bandwidth limit Please advise Thank you Audrey

    In Tweak Settings, change "Bandwidth limit check" to "Off" Keep in mind that is for all accounts on the server.

    Thanks - I already have that set to off but server is still suspending accounts over bandwidth. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks again

    Keep in mind suspensions for bandwidth and account suspensions are not quite the same. Are you sure your billing app is not the one suspending the account(s) for their bandwidth usage? With WHMCS, if you enable Overage Billing for products, this can happen regardless of how cPanel is configured. For more info:

    I do not use billing on any of my cpanel servers. I bill elsewhere I turned the bandwidth setting on and off again and now it is working:)
