Error when trying to see if I can upgrade to
Help, I notice my WHM / Cpanel can no longer update as I am on CENTOS 7 still.
I ran the checker and am getting the following errors. Not sure what they mean or how to fix them. I am not a UNIX guy which is why I pay for WHM/CPANEL.
Can anyone help? Does Cpanel offer a service to do the upgrade for me?

Hey there! You would just want to disable that repository, and then run the check again to see if it finds anything else. 0 -
Thats not the error, it says it will be disabled before elevation, the error is the line under that. [WARN] Unknown error while checking blockers: Wide character in syswrite at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/536/cpanel-lib/Log/Log4perl/Appender/File.pm line 306. I have been searching and searchiing and can't figure out how to fix it. 0 -

Dont need to upgrade today, but want to by the end of the month. But no $$$ to move to a new server so thats not doable at the moment. Thanks for having them subit a case. Hopefully we get a reply. :D 0 -
Update - the developers are hoping to have a release this week that addresses the issue. It will be version 13 when that is released. 0 -
