Easier Way To Create Folders

I'm in my Inbox. I want to create a folder. I would like to see the option up at the top with all the other options or at least an option under the More... menu. i had to hunt around to find the folder creation option under Settings. That doesn't really seem to be a setting option but a normal feature. Anyway, after I click settings, then I have to click Folder, then I have to click Create at the top. Then I struggled a little to get back to the Inbox. If you hover the mouse pointer over the Mail icon it doesn't tell you what it is. But if you click it, it will take you back to the inbox. I figured it out for myself. It's a little bit of a hassle to create a folder. I'm more concerned for our customers/users who might have a difficult time figuring it out. Thank you.
