    Hey there! As you likely know, cPanel doesn't provide support for the CSF software, so if the pignore rule list isn't working how you expect, you may have to reach out to them directly. It's possible this machine just has some database queries that are taking a bit longer than the other systems, or the databases are just more active, but I would expect those lines to whitelist those processes.

    @bloom360 did you restart CSF and LFD after making the change to csf.pignore?
