Error SMTP: Wrong calculation of message size

Hi, in my WHM the message_size_limit is 50MB. But if someone tries to send a 40MB size email using RoundCube or any software, it says that it exceeded the 50MB size. (You can send up to 40MB) Is there any bug? What could be happening? Thanks, Francisco
