Webmail Space Notifications

Hi everyone! So I was wondering if this function actually sends the user a notification that they need to delete emails? My goal is for the user to be able to be notified that they need to delete emails. I do not want to automate deletion.

  Hey! The setting you mentioned does not notify the recipient that their mailbox has reached its quota, nor does it delete emails from the account. Instead, you can use Tweak Settings in WHM to manage mailbox notifications (WHM > Tweak Settings > Notifications). You can read more about the notification options below:

  Got it! So defer just delays the emails or what exactly?

  Yes, that's correct. The setting would defer incoming emails to allow some additional time for space to be cleared from the email account. If additional space is cleared, then the deferred emails should be able to deliver successfully.
