    I don't believe you need to create the account, the restore will do that. Try going to Restore & Download. From there, choose Multi Account. In the account filters near the bottom, choose "Only Orphan". Once you delete the account JB considers it an "orphan". If that's not working, a JB support ticket will get you the fastest results.

    Hello Krustem, ffeingol is correct in this case. Creating a new account with the same username and domain is not necessary to restore an account. Please try going to Accounts > View Orphan Accounts > Select the deleted account > View Backups > Restore the desired backups.
