Question about increasing Google Drive API quota for cPanel backup

Hello, As per cPanel documentation for configuring Google Drive as a backup destination, it says to increase the "value" of the Google Drive API quota for "Queries per 100 seconds per user " to 1000. Does this mean increase the limit of the quota to 1000 or change 100 seconds to 1000 seconds? My default limit is currently 20,000 (as you can see in the attached screenshot). I do not see a way to increase the 100 seconds to 1000, I only see an option to adjust the limit. Any help would be much appreciated! :) Thank you in advance.
