ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT after creating Cpanel on AWS Lightsail

Today I created Cpanel on AWS Lightsail but I got ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and it seems there is no way I can get into the Cpanel login page of my instance.
