Statistics are all blank, where to find how many CPUs a website is using?

When checking to see how much resources a website is using (Processing power, memory), statistics are blank. I would like a single number, instead of the graphs provided in resource usage. I would also like to know how many CPU cores a website is ultilizing. Thank you guys!
