.frm .ibd convert to SQL cpanel import MYSQL

Hello comunity, I'm still on the server. Was able to back up MySQL, but only under the folder: /var/lib/mysql/ Since I have all the databases from Chanel. But in a different format like .frm .ibd (not sql) How can I get cPanel to restore the databases. Or, how can I format or convert the data (BULK) to SQL? Luckily, they are complete. Do any of you have any idea how I can get this to read from cPanel again? If I upload the folder just like that, it doesn't appear in PhpMyAdmin. Would be super helpful. Thank you very much! Please Help!

  I really would not recommend it, but you can technically just move the .frm and .ibd files (assuming they are per database and not global) into the database's directory (make sure they are owned by mysql:mysql) and if they are readable, MySQL will read them.

  Thanks for the answer. Can you tell me in more detail? How can I be sure that the frm or ibd data is mysql:mysql? Possibly a link (idiot-proof) :))
