    if you have root level access you can just use the WHM transfer tool to migrate the sites between the servers. If not, as long as you have FTP access on the new server, you could modify your backup to send it there.

    If you are moving servers, using the Transfer Tool (Transfer Tool | cPanel & WHM Documentation) as @ffeingol outlined will be much more efficient than trying to manually move and restore backups.

    Hi, thank you for replying. I have this question for prodution server. I think I won't have a lot of / space for remain backup during the proccess. It's why my question about send backup to destination before it's finishe. Thanks joao

    There isn't a way to guarantee that happens on a cPanel system. The way the remote backup works is this: -the backup for domainA.com gets created on the local server -the backup for domainA.com gets added to a transfer queue to move to the remote destination -the server starts transferring the domainA.com backup while starting to create the backup file for domainB.com So I think what you want partially happens already, we just don't stop to ensure an entire account gets moved before the next backup starts being processed, as that would add quite a delay to the overall process.
