domain.com/webmail has started dispalying 'Cpanel is Connecting ....' page

Previously, for all domains hosted on the cpanel server, domain.com/webmail would immediately auto redirect to domain.com:2096. Something has changed to cause the redirection to the page in the attached screenshot - it eventually does redirect to domain.com:2096, but this is sub optimal. This is the same for /cpanel and /whm. Please can anyone shed any light on (i) why this might have started happening and (ii) how to revert to the previous situation for server wide /webmail just redirects straight to :2096 without displaying the 'Cpanel is Connecting .....' page.

  Turn off Use X-Frame-Options and X-Content-Type-Options headers with cpsrvd in Tweak Settings, does that help?
