Should extensions be installed with PHP 8.2

Hello Forum; Question: Should the PHP 8.2 and Extensions option or the PHP 8.2 Only option be chosen when installing PHP 8.2 on my server? There are two options given in the WHM at Easy Apache 4 -> (Currently installed packages) Customize -> PHP Versions -> PHP 82 switch icon. (PHP 8.2 and Extensions or PHP 8.2 Only I think that the option should be PHP 8.2 and Extensions but I would like to receive some input. Thank you in advance.

  Select PHP 8.2 and Extensions, then you don't have to install the extensions separately.
