Website keep showing deleted and expired self-signed SSL

I have renewed my SSL and applied it to my website, but it still shows the deleted and expired self-signed SSL. What I've checked: CPANEL: In the SSL/TLS Status Cpanel Tools, it is showing that NEW SSL is installed In the SSL/TLS -> SSL Certificates Cpanel Tools, the NEW SSL is the ONLY SSL installed WHM: In the SSL/TLS -> ManageSSL Hosts, it is showing that NEW SSL is installed I also tried running this command in the terminal but it didn't fix the error /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts
But every time I visit the website, It's causing an SSL Error in the browser. SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) only detect the deleted and expired SSL. I tried deleting the CPanel Account and recreating it but it still shows the same error.
