If you go to WHM -> AutoSSL and refresh the log list and check the lastest full log, do you see any errors? I'd look toward the end where it should be finishing.

Well first of all the list of logs indicates that the most recent at Aug 11 4:23:01 AM UTC is still in progress. It is currently 18:11 PM UTC so that was 14 hours ago. The logs indicate that AutoSSL runs every 3 hours, so it's odd that this hang hasn't triggered another "script is stuck" email, at least not yet. The log for the current in progress instance does not show any obvious reason for it hanging. There are some errors due to one domain being unmanaged, but the log continues after that. Near the end is only a warning that a subdomain "does not resolve to any IP addresses on the internet", then the following (and final) line is "4:23:07 AM Verifying local authority for 1 domain "". That appears to be where it froze because the previous log for an instance that did not freeze continues with the completion of that domain (unfazed by the very same warning) then continues with all the other domains.

You'd prob. get a quicker answer if you open a support ticket.

I always check here first to see whether it's a common issue. Apparently not?

No, I'm not aware of this being a widespread issue on my end. If your license is purchased through us, feel free to submit that ticket!
