WordPress Integrity: Failed to reinstall WordPress core files
For one user account when I go to "Reinstall Wordpress Core", I get error:

Note that verify checksum fails for the installation (ie. the installation has been compromised)

Hey there! Have the permissions or ownership on the files, or the wp-admin directory itself, been changed? If so, the system may not be able to read them. 0 -
A lot of files indeed were with 444 instead of 644. Manually changed permissions to 644 and now it worked. Thanks! 0 -
