Making Cpanel Default To Tweak Settings

Hello All I recently upgraded 2 VPS's to AlmaLinux 8. Normally whenever I make a change in Tweak Settings I'll see them implemented in each Cpanel account. For example I'll set: "post_max_size" to 64M and see that number in each Cpanel account. However, when I go look in a Cpanel account it's still showing the default 8M. On one the servers it's working as expected but on the other it isn't. Is there a setting somewhere that I can set to make sure all the Cpanel accounts take on whatever values I've set in Tweak Settings? TIA Jim
