Before ELevate utility

Hi, before I attempt to upgrade Cento OS 7 to AlmaLinux 8,checking security advisor says: The system detected the following issues which would prevent cPanel ELevate from upgrading the system to AlmaLinux 8:

• yum is not stable

How do I fix this? Thanks
