    Hey there! Are you using the local server as the nameserver for those domains? If so, I wouldn't expect it to time out since the connection is local. You can try running this test to see if you are able to return the SPF record: dig -t TXT domain.com
    but I suspect that will also not work properly.

    Are you able to run that dig command from the cPanel server to see if it completes from there?

    Solution: 1- Reset Exim config to default. 2- Restart server.
