Time Drift?

I've been running into a problem where the time in WHM drifts from the server time, I find my self often having to re-sync. The server time seems proper so I beleive this is a WHM thing. Any one else having this issue? Its screwing with everyhting, especial 2fa codes. Any ideas what might be happening?

  Do you have chrony enable to sync the time? UPCP will sync daily, but chrony does it constantly.

  Out of interest, is the server/WHM running on a virtual hosting platform? I have had trouble in the past where time would start to "slip/drift" on VMs - meaning I'd have to ensure things such as ntpdlocalish NTP server (measured by ping from the server not my geographical location) - if the DC didn't provide one - to ensure things stayed in sync.
