AmazonAws Bots

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I have managed to ban the Tor network through my configserver blocklist. I have not managed to block bots from amazon :( I'm getting flooded from this bot ec2-47-128-54-64.ap-southeast-1.compute.amazonaws.com Is there any script I can use in my configserver blocklist to block them once and for all.
