Live transfer proxy manual activation

Hello I am up to transfer some servers to a new datacenter The old datacenter has a very slow connection, it will take a long time to transfer the sites using Transfer tool and live transfer I keep jetbackups from the old datacenter to the new datacenter, so I am planning to restore the sites from the existing Jetbackups to the new datacenter The thing is, in this scenario i will lose the Live transfer proxy functionality So my question is: Is there any way, any API command to manually activate the live transfer proxy service? Eg, to restore a site from Jetbackup to the new server, then execute the command on the old server, and the old server start proxing data to the new server According to this post
