routin changing

Hello, i have a question, is it safe to change routin for specific database like as CREATE DEFINER=`cpanelusername`@`localhost` i mean can this user change any thing in main sql settings with this role?

  Hey there! I don't see why it wouldn't be safe to change that. It doesn't give the user any special privileges on the server. More details about this operation can be found here:

  A user would not have the ability to make a change that would affect the other accounts.
