Step by Step Guide For Server IP Change?

Hello, Our hosting provider is about to assign us a new IP on our VPS (webserver). Our current setup:

• Centos 7.6, WHM/cPanel, Apache
• 8 accounts/websites, 2 accounts hosting email locally
• we have created and pointed ns1.ourservername.com and ns2.ourservername.com to our webserver IP (managed via registrar, separate from hosting provider)
• the nameservers in WHM/cpanel are ns1.ourservername.com and ns2.ourservername.com
• we manage DNS for the 8 accounts via cpanel (the domains are registered at a second registrar and point to our ns1, ns2 nameservers)
• WHM hostname is server.ourservername.com
• we access WHM via sever.ourservername.com:2087

I'm starting to have some questions/doubts about the process. 1 - Once our provider changes the VPS IP, will we still be able to access WHM/cpanel just by pointing ns1 and ns2 to the new IP address? 2 - Then do I just change the DSN zones or do I run the IP Migration Wizard? I hate to run a wizard and without really knowing what the wizard is doing. There are a lot of articles and guides but I'm not sure of what the overall process should be and in what order. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me a really high level, sequential step by step. Then I could study up on each step via the guides and articles. Thank you!
