DNS Zone Failed To Load Error ID: fc5w87

I am getting an error when open DNS zone editor The request failed. (Error ID: fc5w87) Ask your hosting provider to research this error in cPanel & WHM"s main error log. Reset The DNS Zone

  As it says " Ask your hosting provider", or if you have root access check the logs by yourself.

  error log have nothing, But when I am click the DNS Zone manager in whm I get this message (XID 35h499) The system failed to connect a UNIX domain socket to "/var/cpanel/dnsadmin/sock" because of an error: Connection refused at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DnsUtils/AskDnsAdmin.pm line 341.   Try to restart dnsadmin: /scripts/restartsrv_dnsadmin
