cannot remove the domain from the main account

i cpanel support, we cannot remove the domain added to the main cpanel account, its showing the error mesage: Error: The system cannot determine the base domain for "medialink.ie" (i.e., the domain on which "medialink.ie" is parked). Please see the screenshot. With Regards, Andrei.
