How to stop "retry time not reached"?

Hello, My email couldn't reach the receiver because his inbox is over quota. So, the cPanel continues to try to re-send my email every day for 5 days. How can I cancel this retrying? I don't care about retrying to send my email, if it didn't reach the receiver the first time, then ignore this email!
