host domain.com that tells you the IP domain.com resolves to. If it is the correct IP then: ping IPADDRESS and telnet IPADDRESS 80

That indicates an issue with the connection to port 80 on that IP address. You'll likely need to speak with your host to ensure they have it properly routed to your machine and that it is open for all web traffic.

Dear CPRex, Thanks for your reply, I had submit the ticket the host, But they said mind be " misconfiguration on the webservice level", ask me look for cPanel support >.< Below is reply from Host [QUOTE] As we have checked the IP address concerned here, we do not notice OVHcloud network firewall configured and the IP is pinging. However we do notice that the port concerned ( 80 ) is closed on this particular IP address. Since there is no network firewall configured, we presume this could be caused due to misconfiguration on the webservice level. Since you have purchased the cPanel and configured the webservice in cPanel we suggest you to check the cPanel setting and firewall once.
    very strangely is : www.domain.com:2096 can view o_O o_O

That's not a great reply from them, especially since there is no such thing as a "cPanel firewall" as don't control that service. We do have documentation on what needs to be opened here: How to Configure Your Firewall for cPanel & WHM Services | cPanel & WHM Documentation but that would be controlled by your OS.
