Validating New Remote MySQL Server

I'm trying to validate a new MySQL 8 Server running on AlmaLinux 9 and when I try to validate the profile, I get the error - Failed to "validate" Remote MySQL profile. 1 error occurred. The MySQL server uses the "caching_sha2_password" authentication plugin, which is not currently supported. For more information, read our

  Hey there! Is the remote MySQL server a cPanel system? If not, have you also worked through the steps at the bottom of the page at Troubleshoot MySQL" Profiles | cPanel & WHM Documentation If so, it would be best to submit a ticket as you've already done everything you're supposed to in this situation.

  I've done all that but it still gives the same error
