no access to whm

Hello, I hope to see if you can help me here in the community; My ISP provider gave me an IP which a few days later fell on the blacklist. I changed it from one moment to the next and in the end it affected my server because I have the new IP, I managed the changes in cpanel and on the server. Nateo of the IP publishes everything fine but does not raise the services. Change dns etc..... yes I have managed everything but I do not have access to my whm that I could manage to solve this problem!

  Hey there! It's hard to say exactly what may be happening, but it seems like the IP address may not be properly routed to the server by the hosting provider. From another system, or even your local workstation, you could try running this command to confirm if the ports are open for that IP: telnet x.x.x.x 2087 where "x.x.x.x" is the new IP address you are working with. If that doesn't work, you'll need to speak with your host to have them troubleshoot the network connection.

  Can you access the server via SSH or not at all?
