This system is receiving updates from CloudLinux Network server.

I have a new whm/cpanel server running cloudlinux setup (my first LVE/CL server coming from CentOS). Since the new server has existed, the SA WHM panel, and the output of `/usr/bin/needs-restarting` has been showing: "This system is receiving updates from CloudLinux Network server." Even after an update and a full reboot, the message remains. Why will this not go away? Is there anywhere to find more information on why it thinks it's receiving an update, and the "progress" of said phantom update?

  That is a known issues, you can ignore that. It does not mean it is doing update, it means that updates will come from CloudLinux.
