Hey there! I just tested this with Safari Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2) on MacOS Ventura 13.5.2, and both the WHM and cPanel log outs worked properly I was using cPanel 114. So at this point, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. As a test, do you have an iPhone where you could try Safari there to see if that works?

Safari works on my iPhone, but still doesn't work on my Mac. I'm running Safari Version 17.1 (17616.2.9.11.9, 17616). If you don't mind, can you update your Safari and see if it still works? BTW, I've tested this on both cPanel 110 and 114 with the same negative results. I have deleted cookies and cache, then restart Safari, and tried Safari private mode. It does work with theh latest versions of Netscape and Chrome.

Thanks for the details. I did confirm the issue in Safari 17. I'll open a case with our team and I'll post that number shortly.

This seems to be happening because of the "content blocking" that's enabled on the new version of safari - if you disable that, then the interface functions as normal. We are tracking this through case CPANEL-43387 and I'll be sure to post an update here if I hear something!

Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem with Safari 17.2.1 with MacOS 14.2.1.  I am able to display the cPanel drop-down menu, but after pressing the "Log out" button the menu disappears but I am not logged out.  I've checked that the "content blocking" option is disabled in Safari, so this appears to have no effect.

I'm able to log out with Chrome on the same Mac with no problems.  I'm also able to log out with Safari on my iPhone 13.

I checked on the case just now and it seems it will be fixed in all versions of 118.  I don't see that it is scheduled to be included in a version 116 build at this time.
