Internet connection down - License expired!?

Got a strange problem on my hands. Our fiber connection was cut about a week ago, so i lost my access to my mail server, that was using a static external IP. I managed to log in with the lan IP a few days, hopping the fiber will get resolved, but no suck luck. Today, i wanted to finally change the external IP with a new one, from a backup connection, but i don't have any access to my cPanel. The main IP is still down and using the lan one, ends up with a "License is expired" message after login. "License is expired / To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active." Any way to get pass this, so i can change my external IP and add new ns entries?
