domain alias to root domain

Hi Today I noticed that when creating a domain alias to share with the document root, the alias domain, ex. domain.com.uy not change to the root domain.com Could I be doing something wrong? This problem does not appear on my second cpanel server. Someone who can clarify my doubts?

  Hi, thank you for your reply I have an account with a domain called, for example: domain.com and I have created an alias, for example: domain.com.ar When accessing to domain.com.ar, the URL should change to domain.com but it doesn't change in the url bar. According to SEO practices, it is not good because search engines can take it as duplicate content

  By default, there is no URL rewriting or redirection when visiting an alias domain, so that is normal behavior. You can use the cPanel >> Redirects tool to rewrite the URL, forcing all content to go to a specific address.
