Solr issue following recent update (CPANEL-42922)

Following recent cPanel updates this week, we have found that Solr fails to start on a number of servers. This is a similar issue to the recent one where this is firewall related (SOLVED - CPANEL-43451 - Issues with cpanel-dovecot-solr-8.11.2-6.6.2.cpanel.noarch update). In this case however, restarting csf does not resolve the issue. cPanel have a case open for this (CPANEL-42922), however please be aware of the workaround that is being suggested and DO NOT attempt it if you are using CSF as you will firewall off your server otherwise!
