AutoSSL not issuing certs for newly created subdomains added in DNS Zone

Hi 

I have added 2 subdomains to a dns zone on one of our domains and have tried by using both an A record and also by using a CNAME to point to root domain no matter what way i do the autossl doesnt issue certs for the new subdomains, I have tried changing provider and rerunning autoSSL to no avail,  i have deleted the .htaccess from the public_html to ensure that wasnt affecting no help either, i have deleted the domain from the SSL Hosts and re-ran to no avail.

 

Anyone any ideas

  What do the logs under Manage AutoSSL->Logs say (once you run it for a single user, it may take a minute or two to update).

  Hey there!  The AutoSSL log should provide you with details on where it is failing or what is causing the problem.  Can you check that log in WHM >> Manage AutoSSL under the "Logs" tab.

  You can also manually force it to run with the following command:

  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=username

  Just replace "username" with the actual cPanel user you are working with.
