WHM Transfer Tool is erroring when trying to live copy users from one server to another

I am needing to move a server from CentOS 7 to AlamaLinux in order to keep using cPanel/WHM. I'm following this page:

  Does the allow remote domains option need to be disabled when doing transfers?

  No, that option wouldn't have any affect on the transfer.
