Email alert from support forum takes to much screen estate
This is how every new mail alert is send when using the new watch, follow function on the forum. I do not mind some product placement but this is a bit ridiculous. The message is not even 10% of the product placement most times.

In addition image upload is working incorrectly for .png that is smaller than 2MB
Trying to upload the same image of 83kb size and as png gives me a warning that it is not allowed.

We are having a hard time reproducing this issue. So we can look into this further, can you send the full email headers to kyle.pinkley@webpros.com so we can look into this further?
Thank you.

I am also not able to reproduce the size of the images in the notification emails, and I just uploaded a 1.4M image with no issues just now.

I have send the requested information.cPRex
Found the culprit.
It has to do with that the images are now uploaded to amazon by example connection:
uploaded-assets-pod23.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
Security extension ScriptSafe is triggering here because we never had to create a connection to this pod for the uploads from cpanel.net While at the same time the forum instead of showing a message that the media upload can't connect to the pod shows a generic not allowed to upload message instead.
So solution here is simply for us to put the pods in the allow list in the extension. Though it might be a good idea to see on cpanel.net side if there is any error message that can be configured when connection is not able to be established for the media upload instead of the generic one. Thankfully its a minor inconvenience at best.0 -
I'm glad you were able to find an issue with that extension on your side causing the upload problem. We did receive the headers but so far we can't reproduce the email issue and haven't had any other reports of that either, but I still have our team checking a few things.
