I haven't even been able to use my account 1 week I am asking for a full refund of the amount I have my account has been suspended for no reason valid plus I even sent a photo of my driving license and me holding it I finds this unacceptable!!

If you do not agree, I would be happy to dispute this with my bank, thank you and have a good day.

  This "sounds" like something you should be discussing with your hosting provider, not cPanel.  If it's for an actual cPanel license, contact cs@cpnel.net
