Create a virtual host for a domain

How can I create a virtual host just for one domain, without affecting the other clients?

I have a client who has a site that I'm going to call bwebsite.pt and now he's joined a network of sites and this network now wants the public url to be bwebsite.sapo.pt.

I've seen a lot of videos and read a lot of documentation, but I haven't found a solution. 

They've already created a url on the network for bwebsite.sapo.pt and pointed it to the server's IP, so it opens the awebsite.pt site.

How can I solve this problem?

Server with LiteSpeed Web Server and WHM/Cpanel.

  Why not just create a new cPanel account for this domain?

  Yes, I also belive creating a new cPanel account is the best solution.  That creates a unique vhost just for that account.
