Force cpanellogd to ONLY run at 1am

I'm having an issue where splitlog seems to be causing major server spikes (like, over 150). I'm not positive that it's the culprit, but every time my load spikes I see splitlog and leechprotect running just before.

I previously set the Log Rotate Threshold to 10MB, because it was freezing up at the original 300.

Any suggestions on how to make it only run at midnight, so that if it causes a spike it won't be during peak time?

  Go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Statistics Software Configuration
  and click "Configure Statistic Process Time Schedule".

  That works for access_log and error_log rotation, too? I don't have any server side stats software enabled, but I set it to only process at midnight and 1am. Wish me luck! LOL
