Nameserver DNS not pointing to the server

Hello,

I've recently migrated to a new VPS server, but upon changing the nameservers (ns1 and ns2) for one of my domain names, I've encountered an issue where the domain is not pointing to the server, and the website is not accessible.

I'm seeking assistance to identify any misconfigurations. Any hints or guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  When you say you changed the name servers, do you mean you changed the IP's of the name servers?  If so, (for name servers) you have to do that in 2 places:

  1. The DNS zone for the domain
  2. At the domain registrar used for the domain

  The IP's for a name server are "registered' at the domain registrar so if you change IP's, you have to update it there also.
