Spamassassin + SQL?

Hi everyone, I have a customer asking about enabling the MySQL option in spamassasin so they can directly add to the email blacklist from roundcube. Is this something that can be easily enabled or would cPanel totally not support it? Thanks in advance for any help! Hal
