Why is the cPanel Changelog not being updated?

It hasn't been updated in 19 days even though 2 updates have been released in that time (11.38.2.3 & 11.38.2.6). Maybe it's just me, but I think an updated changelog should always be available on our before a release is made public so it can be reviewed when people are installing changes even if it's minor.

  Hello :) Typically, the change logs are updated around the same time the build is pushed out. You will now see the most recent changes at: cPanel 11.38 Change Log Note: You may need to refresh your browser and wait a couple of minutes before the page is updated. Thank you.

  Thanks. I can now see the recent updates on the site and via RSS feed.
