Dedicated Account Sending from Wrong Dedicated IP Address
I have enabled, force accounts to send mail through dedicated IP option. However, I have an account that still seems to send mail from one of the other dedicated IP addresses instead of the dedicated IP i've assigned to that account.
Anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot?

Hello :) Could you let us know which method you are using to send email? For instance, are you using a specific webmail application or email client? Also, have you tried using an alternate method of sending email to see if you get the same result? Thank you. 0
