mailips always disappear?

hello why my setup of /etc/mailips always disappear? please advice about this, because my special user always get blocking outgoing email if /etc/mailips disappear thx

  Hello :) Please check the following option under the "Domains and IPs" tab in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager": "Send mail from account"s dedicated IP address" You will need to disable this option if you want to manually manage the /etc/mailips file. Thank you.

  Dear Michael, thanks for reply, the option that you say has disabled by default but nothing change, the /etc/mailips has disappear again I have add command: [Removed - setting /etc/mailips to immutable can result in several problems, including failed account creation attempts] but no effect again, my account is vps with CentOS release 6.4 (Final) please advice
