Yahoo SMTP Error 421 4.7.1 [TS03]
I know that this is NOT cPanel issue, but maybe someone knows how to deal with this problem. Or someone else needs help.
10 days ago my users stopped sending mails to Yahoo. All of them receive this error:
I filled the Yahoo Mail Bulk Sender Form here: [url=http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/postmaster/bulkv2.html]Yahoo! Mail Bulk Sender Form | Yahoo! Postmaster Help but after 72 hours I still didnt received an answer. Of course I secured my VPS by enabling some email security options and DKIM / SPF auth. My Reverse DNS is fine too. I dont send any mailing lists or spam. But my IP address is blocked by Yahoo. Now I dont know what to do. Do I have to wait or send another form? Any kind of Yahoo support via email or any other channel? Anyone here with similar problem?
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

Hello, I can see your mail IP is permanently blacklisted in yahoo so I will suggest you currently changed your mail server IP so that your user will not face any issues with the yahoo and try to contact again to yahoo about your blacklisted IP Please check : [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/EximDifferentIps]Changing the Sending IP for Outbound Email in Exim 0 -
Thank you for your answer. Yes that was also suggested by my internet provider. At this moment I am waiting for the Yahoo to reply. If they refuse to remove my IP from their blacklist I ll try this solution to send emails from another (additional) IP. I ll post any progress here. 0 -
Hello :) The following document may also be useful for helping to ensure additional SPAM is not sent out from your server's IP address: cPanel - Prevent Email Abuse Thank you. 0 -
Thanks Michael. I already done that. The problem was I did that too late - when Yahoo blacklisted my IP. So, that could help me in the future, if and when I solve the "Yahoo" problem. Thanks again for your kind support. 0 -
The problem is solved. Yesterday I submited my form again to Yahoo. And they replied to me to let me know they removed my IP form blocklist. Mail sending to Yahoo is functioning again. So, I must say that the key of solving this problem was to be persistent. I wrote to them 3 times. And they finally helped. 0 -
Since you talked about users what did you entered into the form when they ask about privacy policy or how long it takes to remove invalid emails from mailing lists. The answers to these questions differ from user to user. And you don't control how your users/customers care about there customer database. 0 -
"No privacy policy" Just be patient. It says 48 hours to process the form, but it is 5-7 days. I submited the form 3 times and they answered me 3 times. Yahoo crew is just fine... 0 -

I haven't submitted such an form. I visited a few postmaster sites and their feedbackloop systems. The yahoo form was deeply hidden (not sure if I found it via a search engine instead of a direct link). So you didn't answer all questions of that form. Ok, you entered "No privacy policy". Interesting. If you are not sending bulk mails, you still have to answer this form. Someone told me Yahoo see 50 mails as bulk. To host a forum in 2013 will be a hard business if all big freemail provider see it that way. It might be time for a special EXIM WHM AddOn where you can change behaviour email destination wise with individual rules. Only send 1 per hour per person per freemailer ;-)0 -
