Many of the cPanel templates indicate the following phrase at the bottom of the message: !! Do not respond to this message. Your reply will go nowhere. !! Does that strike anybody as good customer relations? I mean, seriously, somebody thought this was a good idea? To yell at the customer because he/she might have questions about the meaning of the message received? It's a TEMPLATE with VARIABLES. Maybe adding a contact link would be better than a bitchslap, yeah? Just sayin'.

  Honestly not to speak for cpanel but most people don't understand. I am sure people still respond to the email even though that message is already been said. I think cpanel was trying to make sure people understood what responding to it would do. On the other hand could their be a better response, sure. My two cents thats all
